Monte Carlo
For fifty years, the Rendez-vous de Septembre has brought together the major players in the world insurance/reinsurance markets in Monte-Carlo including: reinsurers, insurers and brokers and also attracted a large number of lawyers, bankers, accountants, rating companies and specialist journalists.
This international and informal reinsurance congress allows all the participants to meet together in order to discuss matters which concern the market, exchange views and information. It also earmarks the beginning of the annual negotiation process prior to the renewal of reinsurance treaties and, finally, it encourages high level contacts which often lead to strategic alliances.
The Rendez-vous de Septembre in Monte Carlo attracts approximately 2,500 professionals from 80 countries . Countries with the largest representation are Great Britain, France, The United States, Germany and Belgium.
